Return & Refund Policy

We will welcome your returns for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of your purchase. International purchases are not eligible for a return.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you're looking to exchange, please ask first as we cannot guarantee availability. We recommend you place a new order on famazee.com. Your return will be repaid within 2-3 business days after your items are received.
All refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee does not apply to size exchanges of the same style. If you wish to exchange an item, please state the style, color and size on the return form and the reason for the return. Contact our customer service department at customerservice@famazee.com .


RETURN PROCESS TIME

Once your online return request is submitted, it will take 1 business day to get approved. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item(s) are received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment mode.

E-GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are “Final Sale" therefore do not fit for a return. Refunds for online purchases against a gift card will be given in the form of a store credit that may be used on future purchases.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order any time before the order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking information and after that, the return and exchange policy will apply.
